Before we get into the stuffy small print, we want you to know that at Eventgroove UK, our priority is to provide you with a positive user experience. We will not distribute, rent, sell or otherwise provide your personal information to any entity or for any reason except for the few instances specifically detailed in our Privacy Policy. Simply put, our goal is to provide a great service for you and your event: period. With that said, we do have some basic guidelines we ask our customers and website visitors to follow so that everybody can sleep well at night. We try to make these guidelines as open as possible so there are no secret “gotchas” that sneak up. As a user (referred to as “you/your” or “User”) of this Eventgroove UK website and mobile site, you acknowledge that these Terms of Use govern your access and use of the Site as well as any transactions you make for the provision and sale of products and services by Eventgroove UK and/or its fulfilment providers. Eventgroove UK will not be held responsible for the content added, nor actions of, event hosts using its products or service. You understand that all event, raffle, and any and all information are the sole responsibility of you, the customer. We do not claim the accuracy, truth, or quality of any information on any of our products which have been customised by customers. You agree that you will not violate any laws in connection with your use of the Site. This includes any local, state, federal, and international laws that may apply to you.

Licence for Access and Use of Website

Eventgroove UK grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (other than where explicitly allowed), or modify it, or any portion of it, including images, text, or other elements, except with express written consent of Eventgroove UK. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this website or its contents. any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this website or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of said merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. For example, our delivery partners, UPS, Parcelforce Worldwide and Royal Mail, may change without (a) TicketPrinting UK knowing of the change, or (b) natural latency in making the change on the site. Further, due to the inherent nature of the Internet, errors, interruptions and delays may occur in the service at any time. Accordingly, this website is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind and we do not accept any liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission in the information or interruption in availability.

Payment processing information

Eventgroove UK utilizes Stripe as its online payment service provide due to their superior reliability, security, ease of use and adherence to the international security standard PCI DSS.

Eventgroove UK does not store any confidential credit card information on its databases (except for last four digits of cards to help customers identify which card they are using).

Compliance with Laws

Certain international, country, city and local laws may regulate the sale or purchase of tickets to events or purchase of raffle tickets. It is your responsibility as an event host or fundraiser to meet the terms of these laws and Eventgroove UK will not be responsible for your failure to comply.

Account Information

On certain parts of this website we will ask you to register and provide certain information about yourself and where you do this you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the relevant registration form (such information being the “Account Data”) and (b) maintain and promptly update the Account Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

As described in the Privacy Policy, we use personal information to make our user and customer experience easier and more efficient, to store your files, images, and text securely to your account and “MyFiles”, and to enable secure orders and transactions which are accurate and arrive on-time.

Our use of Account Data and certain other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Your Username and Password

The registration processes on this website will involve you being allocated with a unique username and/or password that gives you access to your website account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur through your website account. You agree to (a) immediately notify us if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your password or website account or any other breach of security by sending an appropriately worded email to products@eventgroove.co.uk and (b) ensure that you exit from your website account at the end of each session. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.

Order process and order acceptance

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and conditions of Use. For transactions on the website, Users are required to carefully review the wording displayed on the electronic proof and provide approval of the proof and information about your order. For Custom Orders or orders placed by phone, an electronic proof will be emailed to the User and final approval of the proof by the User will be sent via reply email. By approving your proof for printing, you accept responsibility for the use of any images, logos, trade marks and/or copyrights and are confirming the accuracy of the information on the proof.

The Secure Checkout page sets out the final details of your order in terms of product type, unit price, quantity, chosen shipping options and fees and any applicable taxes. Acceptance of your order will take place upon proof approval, careful review of order details and successful processing of order payment.

Order processing time

Eventgroove UK will notify you up front of all anticipated processing times. Larger orders or specific products may take longer to process. We will make every effort to complete your order within the time period stated for each item. Processing time typically starts the next business day (excluding weekends), after we get FINAL approval of the proof and the order information AND payment has been processed. For online orders however, Eventgroove UK will start printing immediately, once an order has been placed.

Delivery of orders

The place for delivery of the purchased items (or “Goods”) will be shown on the Order and the delivery method and shipping fees will have been selected by the User at the time of placing the order. Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are indicative only. Eventgroove UK will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the Buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the Goods howsoever caused.

The customer must inspect the Goods on delivery and, in the case where Goods have been delivered by carrier, sign the required proof of delivery document or collection acceptance document. A signature on that document will constitute conclusive evidence that the Goods are free from any apparent defect or damage. If the Goods are alleged to be damaged or defective on delivery, a description of the alleged damage or defect must be given in writing at the time of delivery and signed by or on behalf of the Customer.

Order changes

If you find you need to make a change after we have commenced printing of your order, but have not yet shipped your order, we will refund your shipping charges and provide a 40% discount on your re-order.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Goods, we will offer to promptly re-do the order, or, we will issue a full refund for the price of the product minus the shipping fees: it is your choice. We cannot cover certain circumstances beyond our control, as outlined in our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee page.

User-Submitted Content

If you send any text, images, documents, audio, video or other content to this website you accept that the files sent, and all rights therein, do not infringe on any third parties, and are your sole property and ownership, and if requested, you can make available proof of such ownership. All material must comply with the rules on set out below. We may require you to confirm the rights granted in this paragraph and where requested to do so you shall provide all reasonable assistance to us.

User feedback

Any ideas for new products, comments, testimonials, feedback and other unsolicited submissions (“Unsolicited Information”) provided to Eventgroove UK with respect to the operation or content of this website shall be provided by the User to Eventgroove UK on a non-confidential basis. All such Unsolicited Information shall become the exclusive property of Eventgroove UK. By submitting any such information to Eventgroove UK, you agree that you are transferring and assigning, at no charge, all of your right, title and interest in the information, including copyrights and other intellectual property rights. You agree that Eventgroove UK shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.

Whilst we do not pre-screen submissions placed on our online forums, we do have the right (but not the obligation) at our sole discretion to review, edit, move or delete any material submitted to our online forums.
Eventgroove UK accepts no responsibility for any statements, material or other submissions placed on our online forums by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage resulting from your breach of these.

Removal of content

General Terms and Conditions for Promotions

Promotions, Discounts, Special Offers, and Gift Codes hereafter referred to as “Promotions” are special offers that Eventgroove UK makes available to customers from time to time. Promotions may be part of Eventgroove UK’s VIP Program which may be offered to select customers to reward them for their loyalty and continued business.

  • Promotions will be available for the period of time specified in the Promotion marketing. If no period of time is specified therein, the Promotion will be available for a limited time only at Eventgroove UK’s sole discretion.
  • Promotions may not be transferred, duplicated or sold and there is no cash value.
  • No adjustments will be made to prior sales (unless at Eventgroove UK’s discretion).
  • Eventgroove UK reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend Promotions at any time at its sole discretion.
  • Void where prohibited by law.

Variation of these Terms & Conditions of Use

Eventgroove UK reserves the right to make changes or discontinue any aspect or feature of Eventgroove UK’s website and to update these Terms & Conditions of Use at any time without notice.
